SANITIZATION MEASURES

All the measures envisaged by the Prime Ministerial Decree (Prime Minister's Decree) and by the ordinances of the Campania Region have been applied with the anti-diffusion security protocols SARS-COV-2.
In particular, we guarantee that our hotel has performed a cleaning, disinfection and sanitization work with medical surgical and biocidal products as required by ISS Covid-19 report No. 19/2020.
The same cleaning, disinfection and sanitization operation was also performed on the air conditioning systems.
The hotel staff is subjected to health surveillance as required by Legislative Decree 81/08 and will be equipped with the appropriate individual protection devices provided.

CHECK LIST
ARRIVAL / CHECK IN: if you arrive by car, stop the car in front of the entrance, turn off the air conditioning and open all the windows, leaving your suitcases and keys in the car.
Before entry, the customer will be subjected to a body temperature measurement which must not exceed 37.5 °. The customer will sanitize the hands. In the case of body temperature above 37.5 °, entry will be prevented as per the Campania Region protocol.
If the customer has sent the documents before, they will be given the keys directly (showing the original document). It will be the customer's responsibility to keep the keys for the duration of the stay, returning them only on departure.

COMMON AREAS: wear the mask, keep personal distance, use hydroalcoholic gel in the dispensers present to sanitize the hands.

RESTAURANT: sanitize your hands before entering the room. It is allowed to remove the mask only when sitting at the table by putting it in a special bag. The dining room staff will give the necessary instructions to access the room.

BREAKFAST: breakfast is provided as a buffet with service and not self-service. The guest will follow the indications listed on the signs placed in the room. ROOMS: in the event of a stay-over, the room will be cleaned according to the practice in use in the company. In case of departure the room will be sanitized. In case of feverish symptoms or attributable to COVID-19 do not leave the room. Notify the staff who will promptly contact the local Health Prevention Department (ASL) without prejudice to particularly critical situations, for example dyspnea or severe breathing difficulties, in which the intervention of 118 will be requested. SWIMMING POOL: the service will be guaranteed on time slot booking. Sanitize your hands before entering and follow the instructions of the staff to reach the assigned place. It is allowed to remove the mask only once you reach your sitting area.
